01Who processes the data

The Lampota Monitoring service (website, messenger bot, mobile app, and 1C-Bitrix module) is provided by Individual Entrepreneur (ИП) Fominykh D.E., Russian Federation. For data processing inquiries: app@1opl.ru.

02What data is collected

No registration by email or phone number is required. The service uses an anonymous device identifier (device_id), generated automatically on first use — it cannot by itself identify who you are.

• Device identifier — a random string tied to the app, messenger account, or Bitrix module through which you use the service.
• Site addresses you've added to monitoring, and their check results (uptime, SSL certificate, domain registration expiry, response time).
• Device push token — if notifications are enabled in the app, used to deliver them via the RuStore Push service.
• Messenger chat identifier — if you use the bot, used to send notifications and statistics to that chat.
• Technical metrics from your 1C-Bitrix site — if our module is installed: order and payment counts, 1C exchange status, presence of critical errors, and similar. The module does not transmit personal data about your site's customers (names, addresses, phone numbers, order contents) — only aggregated counters.
• Standard technical server logs (IP address, request time) — as with any web service, for abuse protection; not analyzed separately.

03Why we need this data

Solely to operate the service itself: to check the sites you've specified on schedule, send you problem alerts, and show you your own check history. Data is never used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the service.

04Who the data is shared with

• RuStore / VK — receives your push token to deliver push notifications to your device.
• Messenger platform (whichever the bot runs on) — receives the chat identifier and notification text, if you use the bot.
• Hosting provider — stores data on servers physically located in the Russian Federation.

Data is never sold or passed to third parties for advertising or any purpose beyond those listed above and what's necessary to run the service.

05Retention period

Data for a site is kept for as long as it remains under monitoring. Removing a site from monitoring deletes its check history. Your device identifier and the data tied to it are kept for as long as you use the service.

06Your rights

At any time you can, on your own: view your linked devices, unlink a device, or remove any site from monitoring — in the app, the bot, or the Bitrix module. To request full deletion of all data tied to your device identifier, email app@1opl.ru — we will delete it within a reasonable time and confirm by email.

07Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies, visit counters, or analytics systems.

08Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to how data is processed, the date at the top of this document will be updated. The current version is always available at this address.
